Celebrity memorabilia auction house Julien's Auctions are gearing up for a two-day "icon" sale that includes at least one morbidly unique item.

Priced at a starting bid of $100,000, bidders can vie for the opportunity to be buried in a crypt that once contained Elvis Presley's remains. Presley, famously interred at Graceland, was kept for two months at Forest Hill Cemetery in Memphis while his father sought permission from the state of Tennessee to move the body to its present location. The crypt also held Presley's mother, Gladys.

The winner of the auction will receive rights to the crypt, a memorial inscription and a funeral service when the time comes.

"I just consider that if you’re an ultimate fan of Elvis Presley, it’s an opportunity," said Darren Julian, owner of the auction house. "It’s definitely a conversation piece. Only one person can say, 'Hey, I’m going to be buried where Elvis Presley was.'"
