As CTO, I have implemented various automation solutions, such as automated messaging solutions, mileage calculations, and payroll processing, leading to substantial business growth, while developing complex WordPress customizations and collaborating with a team using Scrum methodology.

I launched the platform as a social network for independent musicians, introduced products for artists to sell music online, and provided music promotion services in Japan. Additionally, I expanded the e-commerce segment to include sheet music and downloadable products, managed a vast library of independent MP3 selections, opened the first Music Forte physical store, and collaborated with a small development team using the Symfony framework for website updates and agreements with instrument manufacturers.

As a Senior Web Developer at Noblivity, a startup selling women's clothing, I was tasked with building a secure e-commerce website to enhance the company's fundraising efforts. I successfully developed a fully functional e-commerce store with advanced filtering capabilities to improve the customer shopping experience, collaborating with a team of three other developers during the project. From our efforts, the company was able to attract the necessary investments in order to move forward with a new team.
